I Will Never Forget

will we forget ms black
reading to us a special book,
we would lay our heads on the desk
close our eyes but take a quick look.
do you remember the coach who sold three licks for a quarter
or sitting in mr worsham's class
and becoming so much smarter.
how about the picnics at the end of school
it was like an adventure.
getting together with your
friends that was so cool.
the day i left our school
was a sad one you bet
because the things i was taught
also the people i met
I WILL NEVER FORGET.
